How about an expired coupon for a sweepstakes win!

Last September I won a free Dove product in the Dove Beauty Matchmaker Sweeps. Yesterday (5 months later) I finally received the coupon for a free Dove Beauty Bar 2-pack or Body wash in the form of a coupon which had an expiration date of 1/18/10.

It's bad enough I'm in the middle of my biggest sweepstakes dry spell in 15 years, but this is just the icing on the cake! Gee, thanks Skybridge Marketing Group!
 
That would go down as a really lousy prize. It's worse than the win that never showed up. Sorry! Call the marketing company and ask for a new, unexpired Coupon! :headbang:
 
Sorry about your dry spell and I can see why the coupon upset you. Hope you can reach them and have another one sent.....along with an apology. Hope you are winning soon! :wave:
 
I got one too with the same expiration date, so I mailed it back with a nice letter asking if they would consider replacing the coupon with one that has an expiration date in the future. We'll see what happens! Once they have been made aware of the problem (I'm sure several people have contacted them already) they should replace the coupon for everyone, don't you think?

Thanks for the support everyone. I contacted Dove Customer service but nobody replied. I emailed the marketing agency and they did respond two days later. Here is their reply:

"We apologized that you received an expired coupon. We are actively
working to procure additional coupons. We expect to have further details
at the beginning of next week.
Thank you for your patience while we work on resolving this issue"


Hopefully everybody affected will receive replacement coupons. GLTA
