"Hey Winner" question

Hello, in my spam is a winner notification from "Hey Winner" .com

When I search heywinner.com, it says it is a sweepstakes manager, and so I wonder if this is legit and I should click link to claim, or avoid since google warns others have reported it as a phishing site.

Has anyone received a winning email in their spam along with a winner notification from heywinner.com?

That mail address belong to STELLA ARTOIS® FILL YOUR CHALICE WITH CHEER SWEEPSTAKES. Do you remember entering that sweep? It ran for 60 days from Nov through Dec last year. The prize was: Prize (2,000): Two (2) Stella Artois® chalices. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24.00.

I clicked link and it opened a Hey Winner page. It's not spam, or scam.

Look for email possibly in spam folder from hey winner if you won the fight pass Bud Light Sweepstakes instant win!
