I won a $20 Visa prepaid e-code early Monday. I have yet to receive the code to my email address. I read the rules but couldn't find anyway to contact hershey sweepstakes's. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

For Instant-Win Prizes: Allow four (4) to eight (8) weeks for delivery of prize, via e-mail, following completion of notification process. If any Instant-Win Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Instant-Win Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability to award that Instant-Win Prize.

Friday morning I did some research and found the phone number to Hershey's. It was Monday morning that I had won... I called and by the end of the day yesterday, I had my $20 Visa prepaid e-code. I would include the phone # here for anyone else that may incur this same problem but I don't know if it is legal.
