HELP! Any one have an suggestions for me? I won one of 4 Ultimate Carry-on Kit courtesy of the Boise Airport! ( Sweep was on their FB page)
The kit, which includes (1) Carry-on suitcase, (1) Noise-cancelling headphones and (1) Kindle Fire HD In the rules it states that the contest is open to all legal residents of the United States. They also stated that arrangements for delivery of prizes will be made after winner validation.
I received an email that I was one of the winners and that they will not be shipping prizes and that they must be picked up at the Boise Airport! I just assumed prizes would be shipped even if winners had to pay shipping costs, which I would be fine with. Ugh.... I wonder if the other 3 winners live their or if they are going to have the same problem I have? :(
 
cakyjo - AFAIK, the rules rule for final say on legal interpretation, no matter what the intention is/was.

That said? Is it worth your time/energy/$$$ to fight them on this?

1st step I'd take if they ignored your question is to take it to FB - FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution!

HOWEVER, a random comment to their wall may be lost/ignored {sponsors don't allow others to start a thread on their FB wall}, so I suggest commenting under their most *recent* post on the promo, or, if it's too far down the page, select their most recent post to comment under.
