Help with Save Mart Supermarket - Race Fans Start Your Engine Promotion

My husband won a Richard Petty experience on the Save Mart Supermarket - Race Fans Start Your Engine Promotion back in June.

I emailed them in September and they emailed me back saying please be patient. Wait another month. So I emailed them in October. They responded that they sent the affy out, but would send it again. I have been emailing them every week since.

They are no longer answering my emails. I am emailing [email protected]

Any suggestions?

:wave: Sorry you are having problems getting that great prize. Eprize does have alot of promotions that they run and so their responses are not always very timely, but they do eventually come thru.
Per their site:

Please note that if your question is regarding your participation in one of our promotions, do not call us or fill out this form. Instead, please send an email to [email protected] and specify the name of the promotion you are referring to in the subject line of your email.


Hope you get an answer soon.

I got a confirmation email & should get it soon, since it ended July 1, 2008 - I'll post it when it comes.

i wrote eprize about 2 weeks ago and soon enough the affy came (don;t know if this was just coincidence)...but then...an affy for a hat???? no thanks.
 
I forgot to post here: I received my affys this Friday! Yeah - Problem solved.
