Help with Roboform?

I have Roboform and while I'm sweeping, using IE, the toolbar isn't staying up in each new browser. I can right click the page to bring up the menu and hit fill form from that, but it would be so much easier to have the button. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When you open your window and browser for the day, go to "View" on your toolbar. Go to "Toolbars" and make sure that "Roboform" is checked off. If it's not, click on it so it is checked off. Then make sure that "Lock the Toolbars" is checked off.

Thanks, I tried that and the Roboform part is grayed out and it isn't an option to click it. I'm so confused. It always worked before.

Go into "Tools" and then "Manage Add-Ons" and make sure that "Roboform" is enabled.
