received a notice from UPS that I have a package arriving today from Marie Claire - when it didn't arrive I contacted UPS who told me they had a package for me and they have no information and have not received a package just a billing slip from them - what do I do now? Any suggestions I would appreciate it - never received anything from Marie Claire????

I've had this happen a couple of times. When notified of winners some sponsors generate a delivery slip but don't actually ship the prize for a couple days - couple of weeks. I would track it for a couple of weeks, if you don't see a new post with a delivery date by then you can always contact Marie Claire to ask them what the status is. Good luck.
If you read the UPS Alert carefully, does it say in yellow box at the top,
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated." If so, that means that once UPS receives the item from Marie Claire, the will ship it and update the tracking info....I received one of those notices a week ago for a different magazine contest, and it still hasn't been received by the UPS office yet, and it is still showing a delivery date of Jan 22!! Just be patient...
