Help with a Prizelogic Pepsi win

Does anyone have any idea how to get prizelogic or the rep there to respond to me about a win I got in an email? I have sent 2 emails to the rep that I received the original email from trying to get confirmation and asking if they received the my docusign papers that they had asked for. I have never had a sweep not give me a confirmation after sending the required papers back. I have even sent two emails to the general prizelogic customer service email and no reply. I also left a voice mail on the general prizelogic line.

This was the Win Like A Pepsi Popstar Sweepstakes, sponsored by Pepsi-Cola Company and I won a trip to Milwaukee for a music festival.

They gave me 5 days to respond and I did so immediately. Anyway if someone has some idea about something else I could do I would appreciate it. Thanks!
 
Ooof, that is a tough situation to be in. Be sure to keep proof of any and all communications including dates. Sometimes the sponsors get busy and drop the ball on this sort of thing. Hopefully someone else can share their experience with you. Good luck and fingers crossed they get back to you soon.
 
I'm so sorry you are having issues. I have sorta been in that situation--freaking out about whether a company received my paperwork for a large prize. I agree with Kristinedeanna, keep track of all correspondence for proof. With the pandemic, everything has been moving slower, even with the larger companies. You might also try social media. Companies do not want the world to hear that you haven't received your prize/can't connect with them. Good luck and Congrats on the awesome win!
