Help - Sweeps disappeared

Please logout and back in. The upgrade is completed. I see all of my sweeps so there shouldn't be a problem.
 
I can't get to Sweepstakes Plus today - all day. I've tried everything I could think of - went to FF used IE tried to resign. Help!
 
I am not a Plus member and about half of my sweeps are gone....and on my dailys they are already checked off for today with various times with sweep check.
 
OK....tried logging out and logged back in as Ken suggested ....and yey!...all is well!
 
it is really tiresome trying to log into sweepstakes advantage plus, you should find a programmer that knows what they are doing. How many days do we have to wait?? anniemab
 
Please be patient as you are already aware that site work is ongoing. It is not the norm for us to have log in problems and while it is a temporary inconvenience, we know the Admin team is working hard and will get things back to normal asap.

For most of us, log out, log in works. For others, log out, clear cookies/cache, log in works.

For Plus members who are still having log in trouble, per Ken:

"logout, log back in with the links on the Plus site and not old bookmarks" and you should be all set.

Good for you. I am a Plus member and would like to access my files the waY I have them sorted instead of looking through all of them. Facebook is not even listed as a category. I am not a junior member, whatever that is. I have paid dues for the Plus advantages. Please correct or let me know why you can't or when you can. Thanks.

It sounds like you may be logged in to Sweepstakes Advantage, and not Sweepstakes Plus. Sorry if I sound like a broken record, but make sure you are logged out of SA. Then log in to SP. If you still cannot see your My Sweeps special categories while in SP, then you will need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk.

I don't know if it means anything related to your Plus status, but right now I do not see a [+] before your name so please submit a ticket to the Help Desk using this link and explain your problem if needed. Thank you.

i can't get on sweepsplus

Every time I try to login to sweepsplus it's taking me to sweepsadvantage....I've tried to use the links in the previous posts but nothing it working...I can get to the sweepsplus home page and when I click the login button it takes me to sweepsadvantage. I'm not logged in on either site (well now I am so I can post) What can I do???? Any links that are posted on the thread take me to sweepsadvantage.
 
I logged out and had trouble getting back in now also, although the links previously worked for me. I will try to bring this to the Admin's attention.
