Help Please

Okay my computer caught a cold - I worked with Dell all day, but the patient could not be saved. We put a bullet in her head and rebuilt from ground up. Here is my question. I bought roboform (is that the right name?).

Anyone know what I need to do to get it aback on my computer? I don't have a username or password that I remember.

Don't feel bad. We have nasty thunder and lightning storms out here, and I'm one of those who just can't bring myself to stop what I'm doing on the computer and turn it off. Well, after many abrupt shutdowns and off and on hiccups, we had to replace the hard drive and motherboard. A very costly lessen.
