Help finding a sweep

Does anybody remember this sweep? I have looked all over and can't find it. Thanks for any help!

They sent an email saying Congratulations, but didn't tell me what I won. I had to send my phone number and when a good time to call was, so I could have questions answered, etc. It sucks, because the email didn't come until almost 5, and you know they won't call until tomorrow. Probably a motel stay, but dang, why all the cloak and dagger for a hotel stay and GC?
