Has there been a change for Expiring Soon category to now require payment

I have enjoyed the Sweepstakes Advantage program over the past three years when I have open time and used the Expiring Soon category to enter at the last minute. I haven't won much (40 rolls of duct tape) but enjoyed seeing the different categories. Is this now a category that requires payment to participate?

Ah ok..i was wondering that too..i planned on upgrading anyways so I did..loving it so far..I just started sweepstaking again after a year and half ..love how its custom caterogies and the facebook sweeps category!! very happy with it
