I just contacted them. I won a PSP movie on May 25. and have yet to receive my prize. I got an email from them when i woke up today, telling me that they mailed it out UPS first class on June 22. I just emailed them back and asked "does that mean that I won't get my prize?" I think I'm out a prize.
Has anyone else had this problem? and how did you resolve it. this is the first time I haven't received a prize.
I waited so long to email them, because everyone says caffeine promotions are from eprize and they are very slow at delivering prizes and sometimes it takes up to six months to receive them.
I'm thinking I'm out a prize.
