Has anyone one a Coastal Vacation Travel sweepstakes?

Currently there is one going for an all-inclusive vaction spot in Dominican Republic, Bahamas, or Mexico at Viva Wyndam hotels. It does not include airfare. Is this just a come on to view resort property and listen to sales talks?

Thanks for the info! I read the link you gave me. It just didn't sound right as I read the rules.
