If you did and accepted the prize I was just wondering how your experience was. Was the sponsor good to work with and did you feel the prize was worth it considering that lodging and ground transportation was not provided? Any information you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Has anyone on here won one of the Coors Light Nascar Weekend Trips?

I won one of the Coors Light NASCAR Weekend trips. Hubby and I went to Atlanta over Labor Day weekend. We were treated like absolute royalty. When we got to the parking lot (after picking up out credentials which included hot passed for the garage and pits) we called a cell number and were picked up in a golf cart and taken to the Coors Light motor home. There we were served lunch that was grilled at the motor home. (don't remember now what we ate but it was good) Also at the motor home there was all the pop, water and of course Coors Light beer we wanted. Saturday afternoon we got to each wave the flags for one of the Sprint cup drivers during their qualifing lap. ( Depends on how many people are there who gets to do this) After qualifing was over we got our pix taken with the pole sitter. Martin Truex Jr won the pole in Atlanta. For both the Nationwide race and Sprint cup race we could watch from up top the motor home, in the AC in the motor home on TV, outside the motorhome on TV or go to the pits and be just 20 ft or so from where the cars come in for pit stops. There was no truck race in Atlanta so I imagine if there had been we would have had the same access for it. They also grilled out for us for dinner before each race ( they were night races) The guys that took care of us were Mike and Todd and I couldn't have asked for better hosts. They flew us down and gave us $750 to use for our hotel and rental car. It was more than enough money. I can't say enough what a GREAT time we had. If you asked because you won this I strongly advise you to go. If you like NASCAR at all you will have a great time. Questions ... just PM me.
I am honestly very sorry if you got upset over me not acknowledging your post. I am very grateful that you answered my post. I really am. I ended up not being able to take the trip. It is just not a good time for the person I was going to go with to be traveling right now as he has been ill and I admit I am not the biggest NASCAR fan in the world. Hopefully the alternate winner will end up appreciating the experience more than I would have. But I really am grateful that you answered my post. I am acknowledging that I did read it and greatly appreciate the answers that you provided for me.
Sorry you won't be able to make the trip. It is a once in a lifetime experience. I sure wish I could be the alternate winner but it is a one win per person per sweeps. Hopefully the next trip you win will be at a time you can take it to a place you will enjoy! Good luck sweeping!!!
