Has anyone ever won a "TV Of Your Life" sweeps?

I just went to their site and saw that I was chosen as a recent winner. The rules say if you're a winner you must respond to the email they send you within three days. I never received an email. I check my email and spam everyday so I know I didn't miss it. Did anyone ever win from them and if so, did you get an email?

I won from them back in May.I received an email that went in to my spam. Luckly I check my spam every day.

The other thing is the email came from [email protected] with the name of the DVD I hd won as the header.It would have been very easy to miss.

That reminds since you can only win there once every 30 days I need to sart entering there again.

I sent TV Of Your Life an email about not getting my prize but they haven't responded yet. I doubt if I'll hear from them. Bruce, you say that the name of the DVD you won was in the subject line. I check my spam everyday. If I had seen the name of the DVD I won I definitely would have opened it, so I know they never sent me an email. I don't understand why winners have to respond to the email they send you. When you enter one of their sweeps you put all of your info on the entry form. They know where I live so they should just send me my prize. Is there anything else I can do?

I received an email today from TV Of Your Life. They said they have my prize and will send it as soon as I reply with my name and address (by June 20.) They also said the following: "You must also in your email agree to the terms & conditions of the contest from the homepage that you entered." Does anyone know what this means? When I reply do I say in my email that I agree to the terms & conditions? Is that what they want? I'm not sure what they mean by "from the homepage that you entered." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When I won I just put in my email my name and address along with the statement Yes I agree to the terms and conditions of the contest.

I received the DVD about a week later.
