Anyone else get a letter saying you won but link wouldn't work, then send a letter to get your prize and get another letter saying it was a mistake?
 
I got the first email too and when I tried to use it I was getting an error page then tried again this morning and said code had already been used. I had emailed them but never got a reply.. now I see why. Yes very disappointing. I was so excited thinking I had actually won.
 
same, went to claim it last night wouldn't work, so i sent email to them and they sent me one back today saying it was sent in error. gave me a 20% discount code to use instead.
 
I also got a winning notification email with a code that didn’t work. I then emailed them and they sent me the 20% off promo code and said I was sent the email by mistake.. It’s a little comforting to know I was not the only one this happened. They handled this very poorly..
 
Same thing happened to me, i guess everyone who entered got a winning notification. I've ben sweeping for like 15 years and this is only like the second time this has happened to me.
