i received a winning email, like many others, and I couldn’t claim it. It said the code had already been used.
 
I also got the winning email, couldn't use the code, and sent a message to customer service. This was their reply this morning:

I received a winning email, too. Wouldn’t work. Emailed them and received the news I didn’t win. Just sent an email back to them stating I felt it was poor business practices to say you won and then backtrack!
 
Same happened to me. Got the same letter. This mass mailing of wrong winners must be why I found it in my spam folder. I cautiously opened it and submitted like everyone else, emailed them, and got the same discount letter. Not good PR for their company.
 
So sorry to hear of all the errors - I hate when such things happen!
