  1. SPONSOR: Crown Media United States, LLC, 12700 Ventura Boulevard, Studio City, CA 91604 ("Sponsor").

    ADMINISTRATOR:Ventura Associates International LLC, 494 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10001 ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding with respect to the Promotion.

The completion of the entry constitutes one Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Digital Prizes ("Digital Prizes ") is defined as additional daily bonus entry ("Bonus Entry") and daily spin again ("Spin Again " ) that are provided at random. Digital Prizes include three (3) options: (a) Spin Again, (b) 2x bonus entries and (c) 20x bonus entries.

    During the Master Entry Period, you may also earn additional entry(ies) via Twitter and Pinterest. Daily Spin to Win winners ("Daily Spin to Win Winners" ) will be chosen at random during the Daily Entry period for each Daily Spin to Win on the applicable date in the chart above. All winners will be determined randomly and it will be the Administrator's decisions that are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The odds of winning a Daily Spin to Win Prize depend upon the date and time of each spin. The odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of eligible Entries received.
  3. VERIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS:Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified bye* mail, one (1) business day ("Notification" ) from the date Potential Grand Prize Winner is selected. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and/or IRS Form W-9, and where permitted, a publicity release as well as a backgroundcheck permission ("Sweepstakes Documents").     No more than stated number of Prizes will be awarded.     "Winner" shall mean and refer to each Grand Prize Winner and Daily Spin to Win Winner(s). "Prize" shall mean and refer to each Grand Prize and Spin to Win Prize.

    For Grand Prize:

    All taxes (including, without limitation, U.S. federal, state and local taxes (including, but not limited to income and withholding taxes), sales taxes) on or connected with the Prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to supply his/her social security number to Sponsor for Sponsor to issue an IRS 1099 tax form in the value of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the final actual value of his/her Grand Prize. In the event of a disqualification or Grand Prize forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select or not select an alternate Grand Prize Winner and award or not award the forfeited Grand Prize, time permitting.

    For Grand and Spin to Win Prizes:

    If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated and tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Unclaimed Grand Prize winner will be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Unclaimed Daily Spin to Win Prizes will not be awarded.
