Guess I won Columbia Boots but have a question on affy

Hello,
I won a pair of boots which is wonderful! But the email is confusing. It says, "Please either reply to this e-mail with an electronic version of the affidavit, or please send to the following address..." Does that mean I can send it electronically w/o being notarized?

In most cases yes, unless it states a notary necessary but a lot of the electronic affys don't require it unless it says to print and fill and nortorize and send/fax/mail back your entry.
 
I just got mine, too, and I am going to have it notarized and then send it back to them via mail (and I might just send it electronically, too!). But I did reply to their email with the info they requested (other than affy). Their email says they may be delayed with prize fulfillment over the next two weeks anyway, so I am not worried about the extra time. Now, where can I get it notarized?? Usually someone at my husband's work does it and he is not working this weekend....
 
any bank or saving and loan office but if you are a member of any of these type organizations it is usually free and or low cost
