Very nice wins! I'm going to try my julienne peeler tonight on zucchini! I have no clue how to work the thing. It didn't come with directions. But I think I'll just try it, and then saute the veg in some butter to go with steak on the grill and baked potatoes. Salad will consist of greens, persimmons picked from our happy tree, red onion and some nice raspberry vinegarette.
