You entered Spa Week + FabFitFun's Fashionably Fit Giveaway on spaweek.com and I wanted to let you know that you are the lucky Grand Prize winner!
Part #1: Opera New Media, LLC. (“ONM”) will provide the Grand Prize Winner with a one (1) year subscription to “VIP Membership by Giuliana Rancic” including four (4) VIP box deliveries in total (one (1) every three (3) months).
Part #2: Fareportal, Inc. (“FP”) will provide the Grand Prize Winner with two (2) Two Hundred and Fifty Dollar (USD $250.00) Travel Vouchers (“Vouchers”). Winner may redeem vouchers towards the purchase of airfare listed on FP’s Website (www.cheapoair.com).
Part #3: – Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort (“SCMR”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest, free of charge, with the following (collectively Part #3 of the Grand Prize): (a) a stay for four (4) nights in a Spa Suite at SCMR, located at 5700 East McDonald Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253; (b) daily breakfast for two (2) guests (in total, four (4) breakfasts per person) (c) dinner for two (2) on two (2) separate days at Elements Restaurant (in total, two (2) dinners per person; (d) Access to all fitness classes including, but not limited to: hiking, pilates, spinning, etc.; (e) three (3) spa treatments per person including a sixty-minute massage, sixty-minute facial and choice of spa manicure or blowout; (d) Round-trip Ground Transfers for two (2) guests to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Various restrictions and black-out dates may apply. Room taxes, resort fee, food & beverage taxes & gratuities and spa gratuities are included. Additional spa services and private sessions scheduled in addition to the stay package are subject to additional charges, applicable taxes and gratuities at the expense of the guest. All Prize components are valid only during the Prize Winner’s 4 night stay.
