Congratulations! You have been selected as a potential Grand Prize Winner in the DELSEY LUGGAGE BONVOYAGE TO THE BAHAMAS SWEEPSTAKES!
The sweepstakes prize consists of the following:
1. a 4-day/3-night Luxury Included® vacation package (“Vacation Package”) for two (2) adults (i.e. Winner plus a guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age) to one of the two Sandals Resorts located in The Bahamas, provided by Unique Travel Corp, the worldwide representative of Sandals Resorts (a “Prize Provider”) (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $3,250)
a) The Vacation Package consists of one (1) room, (quadruple occupancy), **Luxury Included® amenities offered at the resort chosen inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, access to the Xbox Play Lounge and Kids Camps, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. **Luxury Included® amenities are subject to change and are to be determined by Unique Travel Corp in its sole discretion;
b) The Vacation Package will be fulfilled in the form of a prize certificate outlining the terms and redemption procedures which shall be redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. The Grand Prize Winner must call the given telephone extension on the prize certificate to arrange the Vacation Package.
2. Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and ONE (1) guest from a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the designated airport near the selected Beaches Resort (airline, flight itinerary, and airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (ARV $1500);
3. Travel insurance for Grand Prize winner and ONE (1) guest (ARV $540);
4. A five (5) piece set of DELSEY CHATELET AIR luggage, including one (1) shoulder bag, one (1) backpack, one (1) carry on, one (1) medium upright, and (1) one large upright (ARV $2,480).
Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $7,770.00.
Be advised that the awarding of your prize is contingent upon our timely receipt of your completed forms and verification of your eligibility. For full prize details, restrictions and eligibility requirements please refer to the enclosed Official Rules.
TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: Please read carefully the attached Official Rules, Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, Guest Release, and Federal Form W-9. If you choose to accept the prize, you will be responsible for all local, state and federal taxes associated with your acceptance of this prize. You will receive a 1099 Miscellaneous Income Tax Form representing the value of the prize for the tax year that you receive the prize. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding the tax implications of accepting this prize.
