I dont smoke and avoid contest such as Marlboro sweepstakes, Redman I havent even tried to enter
figuring they are only for smokers.
Are people who dont smoke able to enter these contests?

Generally the rules are saying of smoking age; if so, we (I don't smoke either) are absolutely eligible! :sunny:

Actually, to enter these sweeps, you have to get a PID - and swear to using tobacco.

Just like I don't try to enter sweeps for 16-20 yr olds, business owners, etc. The same principle applies - not eligible = skip it.

I stand (actually sit) corrected. I again looked at the Marlboro sweepstakes rules, and although the intro page says of smoking age, the terms of use say a consumer of tobacco. Thanks Amy!

tl - I didn't see your post until after I posted :laughing:

This subject has been very contested by sweepers for as long as I can remember.

My sweeps philosophy? If I have to lie to enter, I skip it.

I'd prefer others would do the same, but it's up to the sponsor/JA's to enforce it, not me - all I can do is control what I do. :crazytongue:

Oh, I agree. I figure there are enough sweeps out there without lying to get a win (although DH is a smokeless tobacco user). :crazytongue:
