Fiance assembled the base & when we opened the grill part the entire thing was cracked. I called the promotion through the contact me page & they said someone would get back to me in a few weeks. So disappointed =( There is no damage to the box & the grill dome was in, but it was strapped to the middle of the pallet. So now just playing the waiting game to see what I can do to get a replacement =( Will upload pics in the morning.
