Google and Microsoft Windows

Happy Labor Day, everyone.

I received an email from Google and Microsoft windows advising that I am a prize winner due my internet use.
It states that the contest is out of California but the claims agent has a phone number starting with 44 (which I believe is an international number).

This sounds too good to be true - has anyone else received an email like this?

I have received similar emails and deleted them. I can't imagine Google and Microsoft joining together for a sweepstakes or giveaway. The senders want your money and probably will ask you to pay the taxes or something like that before they send your "prize".

You can't win something just for your internet use unless there was an actual contest to enter....it's junk mail!
