Gleam Ban?

Anyone know why this is happening or it has happened to them? I have been using Gleam for over a year to enter sweeps but in the last 2 days whenever I try to use Gleam to enter sweeps I get the message ""Sorry you're creating too many entries, try again later". Thanks.

  Clear all the cookies from your browser, restart browser, and try to log in again. It should work but if not try the following. Wait a little while then try to log in using a different browser like internet explorer or chrome. If that doesn't work, try logging in using your cell phone or a friend's computer.

Hey, thanks a lot for the answer. I'll try it. I did clear my cookies and it didnt work but I didnt close the browser. Much appreciated!

If it doesn't work I have other TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS that might:

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
For forms that don't render properly {Won't load/won't scroll/page is cut off/Unable to fill out fields or submit form/etc} Resize the
window or try tabbing:
put your cursor into one of the fields {email/address/phone} and hit tab to go through all the fields, and it will *usually* get a
dead submit button to enable {light up and work} and will bring you to the end of the form below where it was "cut off" so you can
then finish filling out the form/get to the submit button.

Resize the page size with SCROLL & CTRL
changing the page size with SCROLL & CTRL
change the page size with SCROLL & CTRL

SCROLL & CTRL; TO ZOOM/Resize/change page size [via KEYBOARD & MOUSE WHEEL]
Press/hold CTRL & SCROLL the wheel on the mouse to zoom in or out of the web page
SCROLL & CTRL; TO ZOOM/Resize/change page size [via KEYBOARD]
Press/hold CTRL & Press PLUS SIGN (+) to zoom in
Press/hold CTRL & Press HYPHEN (-) to zoom out.
Press/hold CTRL & Press 0 to reset.

Troubleshooting tips/steps for technical difficulties;
1] make sure you are up to date on your browser/FLASH & allow the site thru your browser
2] Disable popup/adblockers, then
3] reload & retry,
4] use a different browser or,
5] Try again later.
***ctrl F-5 clears cache for a specific page/site you are on & forces page to connect to server
