Glamour/Nivea Gift basket

I won a spa gift basket in August and forgot to have the affidavit notorized when I mailed it back. This was my first "big" win and I had not done the notorization thing before. I caught the error 4 WEEKS later and they were nice enough to let me send in a new notorized affidavit. I received the gift basket today. It came with a yankee candle, scented beads, slippers, robe, towel, and Nivea products. It was worth the wait and I was so glad that Glamour was understanding with my mix up!
