GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF NOT RECEIVING PRIZES

I have been "sweeping" all of my life. I have won many great prizes, including a trip to Europe, a year of free house cleaning, two trips to anywhere in the USA, etc., so this is not a "I never win" thread. But it does seem to me that I don't receive the prizes I have won over the last year or so. First, I won a prize from Harlequin. I never received it. I contacted eprize and they sent me the NASTIEST response... and
I quote "The Sponsor is solely responsible for the fulfillment of this prize and has completed fulfillment. Your inquiry has been forwarded to our contacts. You can expect to hear from them if they wish to take further action."

Then I won from camel sweepstakes - 3 times - they kept telling me to wait... I waited 6 months, now they tell me I NEVER WON.

I am still waiting for my Subway win - it's only been 8 months, waiting for my Barilla Sweepstakes win - only been 9 months.

This is very strange. I don't think I EVER waited this long for a win before or was treated so rudely by eprize. Just wondering if it's me, or are other people having these problems?

When I won from Oprah - I received fulfillment within a week. When I won from Rachel Ray - again - one week.

I think eprize grew too big too fast, then they moved their business, and their workers are probably super stressed with this never-ending recession/downturn/name of the week we are going through.

That said? Oh no they didn't!!! :cussing:

Customer service guys, that's your JOB - please try to be considerate of people who don't have the info you are privy to!!!

Unless it's a biggie, I don't pay much attention to how long it takes to get a prize, and have never received lots of little prizes over the years

I try to wait {like you did with CAMEL} and then ask - I double barrel it, 1 to the JA/Fulfillment co. the other to the sponsor.
