This is in ref. to the NCAA Miller Lite Hoops Sweepstakes (match a score per round, win a prize) It ended about April 1.
I sent an email to the company ( [email protected] ) asking about my prize(s) with an attached copy of my final round confirmation, batch/pin #, etc. and was told I'd receive the $75 Amazon code (my selection) via email by 6-11-2012. Easy enough..fair enough.
I responded with a question asking about how I would receive the earlier round prizes I had won (I think $15 and $20 Best Buy Gift cards) and their response was "Can we have the batch and pin numbers for those prizes?" Unfortunately I don't save emails for 3 months for $25 prizes, especially after I already go through a confirmation process...I was lucky to even have the final round info.
Point being: They must not know wtf is going on because nothing has been sent out and now they want me to re-confirm the #'s that I had already confirmed once...and actually twice if I recall the process correctly. I may be wrong but it sounds like they're waiting for people to yell at them and prove their winnings, again, before they send anything. Good Luck Though, they did respond quickly and I had no trouble with the 1 confirmation I did happen to keep.
