Frustration with Roboform after many updates...

So... I have the free roboform 7.7.0. Wonderful product! Then......... Firefox wanted to update to 15. I did so. Then, Microsoft had many critical updates. I let them install. Then, Adobe flash says it had update, and also Java.

After all these updates, Roboform is not detecting many many pages of forms!!!! Sometimes, if I refresh the page, it then detects them. It is SO so frustrating.

So far, no one has a clue- I'm waiting for the Roboform folks to perhaps help, and they will say most likely to upgrade..

But perhaps there is some setting to change that would be simple????

Anyone else experiencing this?

I had to uninstall my Roboform. It lagged my computer down and kept freezing pages :scratch:

destiny907, I don't have any solutions but I am so relieved to hear someone else is having the same problem!I thought it was just me! I have been trying to figure the same thing out but I have almost no computer savvy! If anyone has any answers they would be greatly appreciated!

Clean install is what I'd try - remove ALL the progs, then 1 by 1, setting restore points, reinstall them

I thought my computer was whacked - super slow loading all pages - for no real reason I decided to uninstall roboform and my computer is now running faster than ever

did you reinstall a newer roboform or are you using something else to autofill?
