My son got his five firefly phones last week. Two didnt work so I emailed EPrize. They had me send them back to check them out. They emailed & said that one of the two was ok but hadnt been charged enough & that it was on its way. The other was damaged & they would replace it & send it in a separate box later.
Both showed up today. One by DHL & the other by UPS. So glad they gave us a prompt reply & replacement. All this took about a week & a half total from the first receipt of the phones.
EPrize has a rather inconsistant track record on that sort of thing (Im still waiting on a prize from last summer I email them about from time to time).
