I entered the McDonald's sweep in hopes of scoring a Arch card and ended up winning first prize trip to World Cup Soccer play-off game in Columbus, Ohio. Prize includes plane tickets and transfers, 2 nites hotel, welcome gift, tickets to the game, transfers to and from game, $250 gift card, $50 ARCH CARD.
Can anyone in the area or familiar with Columbus give us a must see or must do tip for while we are there?

Thanks to McDonalds and Sweepstakes Advantage and all of you sweepers out there for your support and encouragement....now go win!

Congrats! I live in Columbus. Lots to do depending on where your interests lie, but check out these things online:
1) Short North Arts District..gallery hopping, shops & great restaurants
2) COSI (Center of Science & Industry), if you have kids along
3) Columbus Museum of Art
4) Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
5) Huntington Park, if you want to take in a Columbus Clippers baseball game
6) Easton Town Center...great outdoor shopping mall experience with tons of good restaurants and shops
7) Ohio Historical Center
8) Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum
9) See Ohio Stadium/Ohio State University campus
10) Arena District...home of the Columbus BlueJackets and some good restaurants
11) Columbus Zoo...home of Jack Hanna

There's often a festival of some sorts going on during the summer/fall months depending on when you are here. That's a good start. Hope it helps.
