It's a little tricky to order it. You have to add the promo code to your shopping cart. Then click on the link in your shopping cart. It will take you to the hat you were looking at. You can choose the logo type (if available for that hat), the color of the hat and the color of the embroidery. Once I designed my hat, I owed them 48cents. I used an old gift card to pay for that. Hope that helps! :)
