I've been having trouble viewing the site in firefox the past couple days. When I click on a category (example: instants) nothing comes up. I can search and find contests but i can't see my sweepstakes or the lists within the categories. Ie works just fine but I prefer firefox. Anyone else?

I've had this problem in the past and exiting the site and firefox and then going back usually seems to fix it but today and yesterday that hasn't worked.

I had no problem - did you do the latest update?

Firefox Updated v.3.5.7, released January 5th, 2010

And are your Adobe Shockwave and Flash Player updated?
 
it started working out of the blue. I'm always all up to date (my IT boyfriend makes sure!) so that shouldn't have been the problem. Anyways just glad i don't have to use IE to get to SA. IE and I don't get along!
 
I had the same problem last week. It kept listing me as a guest in the forum. And a month ago or so it wouldn't show any sweepstakes. If you clear your browsing history, cookies, temp files, and everything, it should be fixed!
 
Firefox started running so slow for me, that I am back to IE (but IE is so much better nowadays, it's not a problem). This happened a few months back.

SA is hosted/load balanced across multiple web and application servers, sometimes members get stuck to a server that is in maintenance. Using the method below would force a redirection to a healthy server host.
This is due to tcp-ip and or dns persistence. :error:

If this does not work it could be what Master Lee suggested below. :wave:

I'm having problems with speed, having to restart to gain speed, also scrolling and checking/unchecking boxes. Are you or have you had these problems? Thanks, ravred
