I apologize for the delay in responding to your emails regarding $75.00 you won through Camel instant win program.

We are sending a $75.00 refund check to you. Please allow 10 business days for it to arrive.

I want to mention that we found several personal IDs associated with your name and address. Our Official Rules state that each consumer may use only one PID to participate in our offers. I have requested that your IDs be collapsed into one primary account number.

We are sorry for the delay in researching your request.

I believe my hubby and son are no longer with camel then?? I guess one customer per household??

kcharlton - I like to be proactive, so when {over the years - 10 now} I'd noticed that some rules that said "open to all", but only 1pphh was allowed, really meant 1xpphh {1x/daily/etc} I started treating them as such back when my guys still entered, JIC.

Now it's just me entering {they prefer gaming} but I still keep track for my fellow sweepers.

Yes, but I want to know why they let them have accounts and now they say they can't. There are 3 different names and ages and SS numbers..it went thru signing up, but I guess not for sweeping?/ Makes no sense...

Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing? Happens a lot when a company/sponsor runs a sweeps promo, the people who know their product/service inside out are clueless about their promos!

So, counting noses for product users = everybody sign up to plump up the stats, but for promos = 1xphh
