Facebook trouble

I have been trying to enter my Facebook sweepstakes all morning. It tells me "An Error has occurred, try refreshing the page." I refreshed the page and it still appears. I even logged out of Facebook and re-logged in and it still is not working.

plshearin - I always assume it's on my end & try these


Troubleshooting tips/steps for technical difficulties;

1] make sure you are up to date on your browser/FLASH & allow the site thru your browser
2] Disable popup/adblockers, then
3] reload & retry,
4] use a different browser or,
5] Try again later.
***ctrl F-5 clears cache for a specific page/site you are on & forces page to connect to server

If nothing else works? Clear your temp files & reboot & hopefully the server was the issue

I tried everything you said and still cannot enter my Facebook sweeps that I enjoy very much. Don't know what to do about this. It is a new computer, only 6 months old. I had no problems when I first started using my new computer. I could enter everyday, but after I renewed my Sweepstakes and paid for the year, the next day I couldn't enter them. I am stumped.

If you mean for PLUS here at SA/SP you need to contact admin

because you are not a PLUS member.

However, paying for sweepstakes would have nothing to do with the functionality of Facebook.

Your computer's age doesn't really matter either, but the programs on your computer *can* affect other programs by creating a conflict.

If possible, turn off any programs [1 at a time] you recently updated/installed and then try to enter Facebook sweeps.

I put in a ticket because I paid 30.00 to be a plus member for a year, the credit card was charged and I have already paid it and it says Sweepstakes’s Advantage. I can’t believe that there is not a phone number to talk to a person. If you look at my account page it says next recurring payment due 09/29/2019. Very upset.
 
09/30/18 95W7U/1 Sweepstakes Plus Annual Membership Credit Card Payments $30.00. I am paid!! Can't believe there is not a phone number to actually talk to someone. I went on the payment page and it said it was $40.00. I Paid it with the same credit card, so now I have paid $70.00 for a sweepstakes site that will not allow me access. Someone better help me. I am getting extremely upset. This is the same web page I have always used. And, I even changed my password. 863-332-3133 Pat Shearin

If you did submit a ticket, please check your email - you will get an automatic response to tell you it was received
