More questions from the Peanuts Gallery-
This one about facebook sweeps :scratch:
sometimes all I have to do is click on 'Like' and I'm finsished, maybe leave a comment.
Other times, it asks to Access my Facebook Data Anytime, Access my Profile Info,
post to my Wall, & Access my basic info.
I'm wondering how the experienced sweepers deal with these requests.
Do you use facebook accounts that
don't have your 'real' friends on it? LOL.... I'm serious.... do you only allow Basic Info access?
Any help to understand appreciated,

I have won a trip to Las Vegas on a facebook sweepstakes and I was asked the same question and I allowed them to access my basic info with my personal profile.
 
Sounds like 'Access Basic Info' is okay then.
At which point past that will your Friends be inundated with the sponsor's advertising or soliciting?
I don't want to allow too much access and upset Family & Friends, or have my account mailing our hoardes of advertising. But, I notice that some of the sweeps entries require full access to your facebook to submit their forms.
 
We have all our privacy settings set at "Friends Only". I have never had a problem entering any Facebook sweepstakes or any accessing my basic information. I also never came across any needing to access more than what I allow anyone outside our friends list, and none of our friends have gotten anything from the sweepstakes I enter.
