Facebook problems....

Hello all! So I took a year and a half off but I'm back! I've got a quick question....It seems like the facebook contests are all wacked out now. Sometimes it doesn't load correctly, or I can't get down to the part where you enter. I know to do the auto fill and then tab and sometimes it does work, but even then there is no possible way to make the submit button work. I've tried tabbing then space bar on the enter button. I've tried entering from one of the lines in the entry form. EVERYTHING! I can't get it to work. Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried in both firefox and internet explorer.

Hope everyone has been well over the last year and a half. I'm so glad to be back in with my SA Family!!

It could be you need to update, use CHROME, and/or accept apps.


^^^troubleshooting tips:
1} you MUST accept/allow apps to enter FB promos. Go to their FB wall, unlike them. Reload. Like. Then try to enter.
2} Clear all temp files & cookies.
3} Reboot & retry.
4} Try a different Browser - IE, FF, and for the real PITAS, Google Chrome.
5} Try a different computer.
6} If none of these work? It's possible you have a conflict with a program - did you recently add or update? I find after IE/Firefox/and or ROBO updates I have problems with sweeps rendering properly, so I make sure JAVA/ADOBE are updated too, and then they *usually* will work - FYI - it sometimes takes numerous days/reboots until things are normal again.
