ESPNShop $50 Gift card problem

I won a $50 gift card in the GMC Heavy Duty Pickup Games Sweepstakes a few months ago and got the card last week. So I go shopping and try to use the card to pay for the order. Unfortunately, the value on the card is $0. I contacted customer service days ago and they're "looking into it" but so far nothing. I'm losing hope and figuring I got stiffed.

Anybody else have a problem with this contest?

:wave: Don't know about that one, but just tried to use a Nascar gift code from the Nationwide Code Spotter sweeps and it comes up invalid. Hopefully, we will both get the problems worked out.

...I've noticed alot of the gift codes I win show up invalid online but go thru when I call customer service to place the order...just happened yesterday w/espn.com.

I have been in touch with two departments: the customer service at ESPN and the promotional company that sent the bad gift cards. Customer service told me the card number and pin isn't in the system, and they're "looking into it." The promo company is likewise "looking into it." I got lots of email from them, but no replacement. No soup for me I guess.

I also got 3 bad Sobe coupons, but it's not worth chasing after them for replacements. All these things, including the never-delivered $1,350 cash prize from that loser company V-Local.com makes it a very bad year for sweeps for me.
