Espirit e-Shop didn't honor code!

I won a $10 shopping code from the Esprit e-shop contest on 1/23, so I used it on a cute t-shirt that was marked down. Shipping it totaled the order to just under $10, and I got a confirmation that I tossed (in anticipation of a shipping confirmation). I'm still waiting for the package, my profile has no indication that I bought anything and I got no confirmation that the item is shipping. Customer support tells me I need an order number to find the order, and so on.

It looks to me like they canceled my order without telling me, and the code is expired (they gave only a few days to use it). I won't be shopping with these people again. They suck! :cussing:
 
Ask to speak to someone higher up. They should easily be able to look it up by your name. That's a ridiculous. Sorry your having such a problem. Be the squeeky wheel...I would!!
