EPrize Problem

Back on May 25 I won the caffeine instant win Snatch it up game. It said I won a PSP movie. I waited and it never came , last week I sent them an email, asking to look into it, I had never received it. I got an email back saying it was sent out on June 22. It didn't say "we'll look into it. we'll send you out another prize"
does that mean I lost out on a prize. I emailed them back asking about it, but have yet to receive a response. I never had this happen before.

I would try emailing them again and tell them you never recieved it. wait a couple of days to hear from them. They usually send automated responses first. keep trying. be nice but keep trying. :laughing:
