eprize let down

just found out from eprize today that i have lost alot of wins due to not answering their emails well i never got their emails this has been a problem for about a year now they are on my safe list and still don't get emails. some people get them and some people don't i have noticed oh well i guess the 8 hours a day i spend doing sweeps a day is for nothing when it comes to eprize
 
The problem is more likely your ISP. I'm with Charter & they block emails from my Bank...my Bank of all things. Charter decided that the bill notice service is a SPAM system so I cannot get bill notices from my bank. I was always afraid of not receiving winning emails so I set up an email with a different provider.
So it might not be eprize's fault. I've read posting from others that their ISP blocks certain email senders as SPAM, even though it's not. Sorry to hear that that you've missed out...I still have that dread that I may not be getting notices also.
 
wow...thought as an adult...I was free to choose if my email is important or spam....did not know that someone else is deciding that for me.............yuck
 
how did you find out you didn't get the emails. Eprize directly. I fear this too. I have cox. I have a spam box on my webmail, but never see anything in there. I have an MSN account and that spam box is always loaded with junk and a few odd ball real emails that slip through.
 
I have found several winning emails in my spam, but it sounds like yours were not even there. A few months ago I got an email from the lady who runs the Morningstar Meatless Mondays and she told me I'd forfeited my prize since I never responded to her original email. The winning email was no where - not spam, not trash, and certainly not inbox. But from her end, it had been sent successfully to me. I pleaded with her and she gave me my prize anyway. But sometimes, by the time you have found out, they have awarded your prize to someone else. Its hard to know how many prizes we have all lost. :(
 
Sorry to hear that you have problems. I have Yahoo mail and don't seem to have problems with prize notifications.

i found out because i won a prize on a IWG but never got the prize so i emailed them and they told me so i am changing my emaol to a yahoo right now i use everest but they for some reason don't allow eprize emails to show up not even in spam folder. i have done everything to my sttings and still no eprize emails so changing to another email will work yahoo does not block eprize
 
Yahoo is not a fix all solution either I have had at least 5 wins that I almost missed out on that I never got the original email. Also miss emails that I know are being sent, but they never come through. I don't think any email is full proof.
 
This is terrible - very sorry to hear. I've got an AOL email address that we've had for over 10 years. There is a spam folder that their computer puts certain emails in but I'm able to view it and either read or delete.
 
last Week I received an email from them which said "some of our winners did not receive the winning notification" - I replied back and said this is true - That was the first email I got from them - Then I received a amazon gift code I won months ago I have literally entered THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of mycokerewards and I never won anything . Maybe I'm just very unlucky or..... MAYBE I NEVER GOT THE EMAIL !!!! yikes
