I come across this alot...
Limit one (1) registration entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address per day.

Does this mean that my mom (who lives with me) can't enter also w/her own email?

I understand the...
Limit one entry per person/household per day

But are they the same?
 
mailing address = household = 1xphh/day limit.

IP = per IP = {usually - not always} perhh limit.
