Walmart Protection Rewards Card Program
Program Terms:
One (1) Carefree®, Stayfree®, Playtex® Sport®, Playtex® Simply Gentle GlideTM, or o.b.® Feminine products must be purchased at a participating Walmart store between 10/15/19 and 5/15/20. (Minimum purchase threshold is $5.67).

The picture of your receipt must be submitted to [email protected] by 11:59:59 PT.
Receipt must show retailer name, date, time, receipt total, and qualifying purchase. Each receipt can only be submitted once.
Limited to two (2) submissions per customer.
Receipt submission must be submitted by 5/15/20 at 11:59:59 PM (PT) or while supplies last – whichever occurs first.
