This isn't technically about sweeps but it is about using the forum ... and since there is no "forum" section, per se, I will just post this here.

I know that we have the about 35 standard emoticons to use when we do a post, but I am always seeing a lot of really cool ones that other people here use. How do I go about being able to access/use different emoticons?????

I, personally, would die to have a "devil" one and a "zipper-mouth" one.

So, if anyone can enlighten me: please post back.

Can't help...but I love how you add things to your photo. Makes me want to see what you'll do next. ;)
 
3mnkids is the queen of these. I am going to alert her to the thread and see if she can give you some suggestions. :)

... you can just right click and save these.. usually if you are looking for something specific if you type in say... zip smiley in whatever search you use you will find a smiley site that has one.. I have a bunch of smiley sites bookmarked.
once it is saved though you have to go to a place like imageshack to host it, get the image code, then post it here.. I save a lot of the image codes in my notepad so I dont have to keep going back to image shack.


since my moods changes soooo often I have to keep a bunch of different ones handy.

Thanks for the come-back on that. :) I didn't know if this board had the ability to display more generic smiley codes than those listed. Sometimes they can.

I have been tinkering with the idea of checking out Imageshack or Photobucket but most of those kind of sites want you to download their "special" programs ... which end up being just spyware trackers. I have my own website, but it is such a pain to dust of the wysiwyg HTML proggy, update the site, triple check, etc... that I just don't mess with it. :whistle:
