I received that email as well. At least it is something, I guess. Pretty sure it isn't going to be worth the time and effort to use this at my grocery store. They'll probably have to call over management and consult for ten minutes while the line behind me grows . . . for what, $5.00? Personally, I find this to be a big let down.

I did have that happen at Walmart when I got a $5 off Iams, they would not honor it, but I'm hopeful the grocery store will take this one!
 
I used mine this morning. You really have to walk the checker through it and make sure they know it is NOT a coupon. They have to run the full total first and process it as a payment. It works but there are little things like they have to use the hand scanner. I wish people would just mail you paper coupons.
