Apparently I missed a phone call this afternoon from a fulfillment company. They did not leave a message. Should I call back? I've never had a call before and don't know what to do!

I gave them a call and the office is closed! The message said I could Presson extension number if I wanted to leave a message. Bummer! Wish they had left me a message… Wonder if they will try to call me again? Maybe send me something in the mail?

Frequently, sweeps rules will state that they will make x number of attempts to reach a winner by phone and that no messages will be left. If they are unable to reach the winner after x number of attempts, then a new winner will be declared.

I'd call them again tomorrow morning.

No email...I'll call them again tomorrow. And also watch my phone like a hawk. I only knew it was a fulfillment company because I google the phone number.

Looks like they fulfill for some big name sweeps - hard to figure out which unless you kept and can search rules for promos you entered! :crazytongue:

I did a forum search for tristarfulfillment and found:

I received the same message 3 times last week and didn't receive any sweeps wins. However, I did receive 3 free samples from Walmart. If you visit the tristarfulfillment.com website, you will see they also handle tens of thousands of samples per year for clients. I could be wrong, but I think those messages just correspond to the shipment of free samples.
