Ease of disqualification?

I was wondering if anyone had any tips for not accidently disqualifying myself. I usually read the terms, or at least cntr+F for certain rules like one entry per household since my wife and I both do this but I was wondering if any body had some do's and don'ts pointers.

For instance, do some of the gleam sweeps disqualify you for getting an extra point for liking a facebook post when you didn't actually hit the like button or you closed the window before it registered? Or do some single sweeps disqualify you for attempting a second entry? I tend to do this in a frenzy and often sign up for singles a second or third time not remembering that I did them weeks ago.

I guess my main question is how strict are these sponsors when it comes to entries and how easy is it to disqualify yourself?

Any advice would be very helpful!

Sounds like you are already good at checking the 1 entry per household rule. That seems to be a popular rule.
Many 1X entry sweeps have a "safety valve" where if you accidentally try to enter more than once, they will politely remind you that you have already entered. I'm sure you have come across those messages before. Others, may quietly disqualify you. To protect myself, I go through all 1X entry sweeps and mark them all entered, whether I entered or not. This sounds weird at first. But, I either enter or I don't want to enter, so I mark them all as entered. That way, I can organize 1X entries to display just those that I haven't looked at every day. To sort, go to one time entry, in the top drop down select sweepscheckdate, then select ascending, then select sort sweepstakes. This will automatically sort by not checked ---> checked. I hope that made sense :)
I am not sure about gleam. I don't think they can disqualify you for not liking them on FB. If my memory serves me right, I think 'sweeps for likes' was something FB tried to crackdown on in the past. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

That's a good way to go about the single entries, I should do that.

For the gleam sweeps, they can be so much work to go through that it would be tragic to be disqualified on a little technicality like that but I don't get the sense it's all that nuanced.
