Well my family was at a fireworks show in May and the local Red Cross had a hospitality tent for military appreciation and since our daughter just returned from service overseas we went and got some snacks and a ticket for door prizes...when I returned 1 hour later for more snacks I noticed that our ticket was picked as the first winner...we got a $50 gift card to a local lumber/home improvement store and bought a beautiful new light fixture for our entry way...then a few weeks later I got an email that I won a $75 knife from outdoor magazine just in time to give my husband for father's day. Then a few weeks later I got another email that I am People.com magazines Queen for a day 1st prize winner of a $100 gift card to spafinder.com....it's been a wonderful summer so far ! and all this from a hobby of 1/2 hour few times a week entering contests...
